About the firm
Founded in 1987. Intentionally selective since.
Bloomfield, Rose, and Glickman, LLP was founded in New York in 1987 with a straightforward idea: sophisticated legal representation should remain personal.
History
Three founders, one idea.

The firm was established by Richard Bloomfield, Eleanor Rose, and Harold Glickman after several years practicing at larger New York firms. From its earliest days, the firm focused on representing businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, and families facing consequential legal and commercial matters.
Over the decades, the firm's practice has expanded alongside its clients. What began primarily as a commercial litigation and business practice has grown to encompass corporate transactions, intellectual property, real estate, employment, trusts and estates, and complex investigations.
Today, Bloomfield, Rose, and Glickman remains intentionally selective in its growth. The firm represents clients ranging from established companies and institutions to entrepreneurs, executives, and families, providing direct access to experienced attorneys throughout a matter.
Nearly four decades after its founding, the firm's approach remains unchanged: careful judgment, rigorous advocacy, and advice grounded in the realities of the client's business and circumstances.
Approach
How we work.
Careful judgment
We tell clients what we think, including when the better course is not to litigate or not to sign.
Rigorous advocacy
When a matter must be fought, it is prepared as if it will be tried, from the first letter onward.
Grounded advice
Legal strategy accounts for the commercial realities and the people involved, not the law alone.
