Privacy policy

Updated September 15, 2026

This policy describes how Bloomfield, Rose, and Glickman, LLP (the firm) handles information collected through this website. It does not cover information you share with the firm as a client, which is governed by our engagement terms and our professional obligations.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number if provided, the type of matter, and your message. We also record the date and time of the submission, your IP address, and your browser type, to prevent abuse of the form.

This website measures its traffic. A first-party cookie gives your browser a random identifier, and we record the pages you visit, your approximate location, and characteristics of your device and browser. We use this to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use contact-form submissions to respond to your inquiry, to check for conflicts of interest, and to keep a record of the request. We do not sell information collected through this website and we do not use it for marketing.

Who receives it

Submissions are stored in a database hosted on our behalf and are delivered by email to the firm. Our hosting and email providers process the information only to provide those services. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for as long as needed to check conflicts and respond, and are then deleted in the ordinary course. Inquiries that lead to an engagement become part of the client file.

Your choices

You may contact the firm by phone or email instead of using the form. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to info@brgllp.com.
